Summary:

The court of New York does not recognize cyber bullying as an cognizable tort of action. Reviewing the case, the jurisdiction sees this differently. The court examines the context analysis in depth. Being in war with the use of writing is a crime.

This topic is relevance to the internet world because many users communicate through either e-mail, social network, or messengers. Users must be careful with the text or words they use when communicating online. it’s a good thing it happens rarely.
